DESCRIPTION:In 2025\, Can Do MS launched a new series on estate planning. The first two events covered wills\, trusts\, and how to support Can Do MS by listing us as a beneficiary. This presentation will cover “Special Needs Trusts\,” including what a Special Needs Trust is\, who needs a Special Needs Trust\, how the Trust works\, and planning considerations for the Trust.
