This presentation will cover “Special Needs Trusts\,” including what a Special Needs Trust is\, who needs a Special Needs Trust\, how the Trust works\, and planning considerations for the Trust. Participants can expect to gain: \n– An understanding of how a Special Needs Trust is set up \n– How trust funding may or may not impact Social Security and Medicaid \n– How a grantor can create a trust for a beneficiary \nThere are so many ways you can shape your legacy and support the MS community through your estate plans.
